* Cross arms,
then grasp

and vice
versa).
Sit on seat.
* Position
thighs

pulleys
and sit up with arms extending
upward.
You may position

pulleys

* Maintain
good spinal

arch in lower back.
ACTION
Pull shoulder

while drawing
