Important Alert Messages

This manual provides the following important alert signals:
Caution – This indicates a hazardous situation could result in minor or moderate
personal injury if the user does not perform the procedure correctly. This signal also
indicates that damage to the product or other property may occur if the user does
not perform the procedure correctly.

Warning
Electric shock
The system supplies standby power to the circuit boards even when the
system is powered off.
Extremely hot
The system controller card can be hot. To avoid injury, handle it carefully.
Damage
The server weighs approximately 40 lb. (18 kg). Two people are required
to dismount and carry the chassis.
The system supplies power to the power distribution board even when
the system is powered off. To avoid personal injury or damage to the
system, you must disconnect all power cords before servicing the power
distribution board.
