To add participants from the Address Book:

In the Participants List, click the Add from Address Book button to
open the Participants Address Book.

In the Address Book, select the participants that you want to add to the
conference and click the Add button.
Standard Windows multiple selection techniques can be used in this
procedure.

The selected participants are assigned to the conference and appear
in the Participant List.
10 Select additional Participants or click Close to return to the
Participants tab.
