port. One second periodic polling of the port. This value is
saved and compared with the next polled value to compute net
throughput.
For Fibre Channel, ordered sets are not included in the count.

The number of transitions in/out of BB credit zero state. The
other side is not providing any credit.
This is a Fibre Channel stat only.
