If the most recent event is the same as the previous, this number
increments by one and is the count of consecutive times this
particular event has occurred.

A textual description of the event.
The return string is displayed using the following format:
taskId (taskname) errorname description
Where:
taskId = FOS taskId in hex.
taskname = FOS taskname that generated this event.
errorname = category-subcategory (for example,
SYS-BOOT)
description = Textual description of the event.
