The desired state of the port. A management station may place
the port in a desired state by setting this object accordingly.
Possible values are:
online (1):
offline (2): No user frames can be passed.
testing (3): No user frames can be passed.
faulty (4):

The 3 (testing) state indicates that no user frames can be
passed. As the result of either explicit management action or
per configuration information accessible by the switch,
swFCPortAdmStatus is then changed to either the 1 (online)
or 3 (testing) states, or remains in the 2 (offline) state.
