d = Option Card: 0 = None, 1 = G.703
e = Data Rate Option: 0 = Base (10,000 kbps), 1 = up to 20 kbps,
2 = up to 51840 kbps, 3 = up to 155,000 kbps,
4 = up to 200,000 kbps
f = Higher-order modulation: 0 = None, 1 = 8PSK, 2 = 8PSK and
