Loosen screw 2.
–
Screw the needle holders 3 out of the needle bar.
–
Screw new needle holders into the needle bar.
–
Set the height of the needle holder 3 (see Chapter 15.7).
–
Tighten screw 2.
–
Check the entry of the needle into the needle hole of the needle
plate.
–
Check the sideways clearance of the needle to the hook and set as
necessary (see Chapter 15.8).
–
The replacement of the second needle holder occurs in the same
manner.
