The log provides the following information about server events:
The event code (see Appendix A for more information on event codes).
A short description of the event.
The date and time the event occurred.
Whether the event is newly logged. This is indicated by a plus sign (+).
Whether a page has been sent in response to the event. This is indicated by
an asterisk (*).
While the Event Log is displayed, by pressing the symbol in parentheses, you can
perform the following operations:
(1) Newest. Use to show any events that have occurred since the log
window was last displayed.
(2) Display Last ASR screen. Show the screen displayed on the server
upon an ASR (Automatic Server Restart) event.
(3) Dump Entire Log. Capture event log as a file. (With pcAnywhere you
must use the File Transfer function immediately after invoking this
command.)
(\) Erase the Log. Erases the entire log of events
