REAR SWING ARM
Removal:
A
•
Position the motorbike on a stable support;
•
Remove the rear wheel as described in chapter 2 in
this section;
•
Remove the rear transmission box as described in
chapter 1, section O;
•
Remove the silencers as described in chapter 2, section
L;
•
Disassemble the rear mud guard as described in chapter
2, section E;
•
Unscrew nut "A" and remove the screw "B" centering
the shock-absorber onto the fork;
•
Keeping the fastening dowels "C" locked onto the
chassis, unscrew and remove the two nuts "D";
•
Take note of the fork's adjustment value because it
must be reset during reassembly;
•
Remove the two pins "C";
•
Remove the swing arm.
