1 HYDRAULIC CLUTCH AND FRONT
BRAKE CONTROL

Clutch lever and front brake disassembly:
• Drain the hydraulic system thoroughly, as described
in chapter 2, section D;
• Detach the connections "A" for the micro-switch "B"
• Unscrew the hollow screw "C" fastening the tube to the
pump;
• Remove the tube and the gaskets from the pump;
• Unscrew the two screws "D" which fasten the pump to
the half-handlebar using a jumper "E";
• Remove the pump together with the tank and lever;
Reassembly:
• Fit the pump onto the half-handlebar by tightening the
two fastening screws;
• Reconnect the tube to the pump by tightening the hollow
screw to the torque prescribed in the table in chapter
4, section B;
• Fit the micro-switch onto the pump;
• Fill the system with the prescribed hydraulic system
fluid.

GEARBOX CONTROL

Disassembly:
• To be sure of a correct reassembly, mark the position
of the lever using a felt tip pen before disassembling;
• Loosen screw "A" which fastens the gearbox control
lever to the selector shaft "B";
• Detach the selector shaft lever and leave it connected
to the pedal;
• Unscrew and remove screw "C", paying attention to
the part opposite the nut, the bushings and the washer;

• Remove the complete lever from the chassis.
Reassembly:
• Carry out the disassembly procedures in reverse order;
• Remember to insert the lever onto the selector shaft
in the correct position, using the markings made before
disassembly.
