Troubleshooting

General Operation

If the KVM-410 is connected to a KVM switch, make sure to
power on the switch before powering on the KVM-410.
Press and hold the Reset button for longer than 3 seconds.
If the display of two mouse pointers (local and remote)

Display function to shrink the non-functioning pointer.
