With the entry highlighted, press Left or Right navigation key to view the next and previous
number and number type icon (home, mobile work, etc) or Email address at the bottom of
the screen.

Renaming a Group

Press BOOK until the Phone list displays (entries in SIM or FDN cannot be allocated to a
group).
Press MENU (Options Menu), 6, and 3 to display the Group list.
Highlight the Group name and press Softkey 1 (Rename) to display the text editor screen.
Press CLR to erase the group name input the new group name, and press Select to return
to the Group list screen.

Adding/Moving to a Group

A Phone entry may be allocated to a Group from the Add new or Edit record screen (see page
110), from the Phone Options menu, or Group Options menu.

Press BOOK until the Phone list displays (entries in SIM or FDN cannot be allocated to a
group).
Highlight the entry to allocate to a group.
Press MENU (Options Menu), 6, and 1 to display the Add/Move to group screen.
Highlight and select the group name to allocate the entry.
If the Phone entry is already allocated to a group, a decision screen displays, "Move this
entry from Old Group Name to New Group Name?"
Press Softkey 1 (Yes) to move the entry to the new group or press Softkey 2 (No) to
cancel moving the entry. The confirmation screen displays stating, "Entry added to group
name." and return to the phonebook screen.
