Voice Memo

This feature allows up to 20 recordings that are stored in Voice memo. A recording may be up to
60 seconds per memo and may be a voice memo. The Voice memo screen displays the memos
in date order with the most recent recording listed first.

Viewing Voice Memo Menu, List and Memo

Voice Memo Menu
To access the Voice memo,

Press MENU (Main), 8, and 6 to display the Voice memo menu.
To add a new voice memo recording,

Press 1 (Add new) to display the New Record screen. Continue with the Adding a New
Record instructions on the next page.
Voice Memo List
To display the Voice memo list,

At the Voice memo menu, press 2.
Memo
To play a recorded memo,
*
Highlight an item in the Voice memo list or selected folder. Put the wireless phone to your
ear and press Softkey 1 (Preview) or Select to play the recorded memo.
Press Softkey 2 (Stop) to stop playing the recording.

Adding a New Record

At the New Record screen,

Press Softkey 1 (Record) to start recording.
When a recording has taken the full 60 seconds, the recording is completed, saved, and
added to the Voice memo list automatically.
To stop recording before the allowed 60 seconds, press Softkey 2 (Stop). Recording is
stopped, saved, and added to the Voice memo list.

While recording a memo,
a progress bar and a timer
shows the number of
seconds of the recording.
A Voice memo is saved
with the name of the
current date and time,
ddmmyyyy-hhmmss.
