Allocate a Group

An entry can be allocated to only one Group at a time. To allocate an entry to a specified Group,

Highlight and select the Group field to display the Group list screen.
Highlight and select the preferred Group Name to assign the entry to the Group and return
to the screen where you started the add/edit process.
To remove an entry from all Groups,
*
Highlight and select Group field to display the Group list screen.
Highlight and select "Unassigned" and return to the Edit screen.

Allocate a Voice Tag

You have three tries to make a sample recordings to obtain a match that may be allocated as a
voice tag. To allocate a voice tag for a Phone entry,
*
Highlight and select the Voice field to display the Voice tag menu.
Press 1 to display the Record screen and begin sample recording. Observe the message,
"Say Name."
Speak the voice tag or name. If holding the wireless phone to your ear, you will hear what
you have said. Observe a second message, "Say name again."
Repeat the voice tag or name the same as the first time. If holding the wireless phone to
your ear, you will hear what you have said. If a match is obtained from the two sample
recordings, the previous add/edit screen returns with "Set" in the Voice field.
If a match is not obtained from the two sample recordings, observe the third message, "Say
name again." Repeat the voice tag or name again. If a match is obtained from the two
sample recordings, the previous add/edit screen returns with "Set" in the Voice field.
If a match is not obtained from the three sample recordings, "Samples Are Too Different"
displays on the screen. Press Softkey 2 (End) to return to the add/edit screen.
Repeat the recording process if you wish to continue to allocate a voice tag.
Hold the wireless phone to your ear and press 2 to play the voice tag recording. When
finished the screen returns to the add/edit screen.

setting is "No Group."
Recording is susceptible
to background noise.
Up to 10 Phone entries
may be allocated a voice
tag.
