Sending an Email

Press Softkey 1 (Send) to send the Email.
With Send now option selected from the Options Menu, the Email is sent to the network
server. If sending the Email fails, the Email is stored in the Outbox folder.
With Send later option selected, the Email is stored in the Outbox folder.
Email Options Menu
This Options Menu applies to the Email To, Subject, Message and Attachments fields when
creating a new Email or editing an existing Email. To display the options menu,

Highlight the To, Subject, or Message field and press MENU (Options Menu).
The following list describes the menu options that display for the Email Options Menu.
(1) Add/Edit
(2) Preview msg
(3) Delete
(4) Delete all
(5) Save
(6) Add item
(7) Attachments
(8) Insert
(9) Address list

The Options Menu that applies to the To field has a few different options.
(1) Add

(7) Resend list

Displays Message screen to edit the existing message text.
Display the message in the message preview screen.
Delete the highlighted recipient, message text, or attachments.
Delete all recipients, message text, or attachments.
Save the message to the Drafts folder.
Add an item file (Picture, Movie, Sound, or Text) to Attachments list.
Display the Email's Attachments list.
Display the To text editor screen to enter another recipient.
Display the recipient list in a full screen.
Set the message importance priority, delivery date on/off, and
hide/clear address on/off.
Display the To screen to add another recipient to the list.
Display the phonebook list. Select and add an Email address.
Insert a phone number from the redial list.
