Phonebook Options Menu

This options menu applies to the Phonebook list screen. Specific tasks may be completed
through the phonebook Options menu.
To display the phonebook Options menu,

Press BOOK until the preferred phonebook type displays.
Highlight the desired entry. Press MENU (Options Menu) to display the Phonebook Options
menu and select the option number of the desired function.
The following list describes the menu options that display for a phonebook list.
(1) Add new
(2) Edit
(3) Copy
(4) Move
(5) Delete
(6) Groups
(7) Sort
(8) Location
(9) Show
(0) IR send
To access a phonebook type through the Main Menu,

Press MENU (Main), 5, and 1 to display the Lists menu.
Press the appropriate number key for the preferred phonebook type.
Add a new entry to the selected phonebook type.
Change entry information of a highlighted entry.
Copy the highlighted entry or all entries in displayed phonebook
type list to another phonebook type.
Moves the highlighted entry in displayed phonebook type list to
another phonebook type.
Delete the highlighted entry or all entries in the phonebook list.
Add, move, or remove highlighted entry to or from a group.
Display the Group list.
Sort entries in order alphabetically by name or numerically by
phonebook location.
Searches for an entry by the location number within the phonebook
type.
Display the phonebook summary contents or the Voice tag list of
Phone entries with a voice tag.
Send the highlighted entry to another device through the IR port.
Depending on the
phonebook type selected,
some options may be
disabled and not
available.
All options only display for
the Phone phonebook
type.
Only entries from the
Phone type phonebook
can be sent using the IR
send option. Entries in the
SIM FDN, and SDN
phonebooks cannot be
sent.
