Go To Location

To go to a specific location number within a phonebook,

Press BOOK to display the preferred phonebook list.
Press MENU (Options Menu) and 8 to display the Location screen stating, "Enter location."
Input the location number assigned to the desired entry and press Softkey 1 (OK) to
display the entry highlighted in the phonebook list.
Press the Left and Right navigation keys to view the next or previous number and number
type icon (home, mobile, work, etc.) or Email address(es) at the bottom of the screen.

Voice Tag

A voice tag is a vocal identity assigned to a Phone entry.

Press and HOLD the Down navigation key to display the screen request "Say Name."
Speak the voice tag identity. If the phone recognizes the voice tag, the assigned Phone
entry's first available number type is automatically dialed.
Your have three tries to find a voice tag match. After the third failed attempt, the screen
displays, "Recognition failed." Press Softkey 2 (End) to exit and return to the Idle screen.

Calling Stored Numbers

At a phonebook list or group list, you may highlight an entry. The entry's number type displays at
the bottom of the screen. To call a number from the phonebook list or group list,

Highlight the preferred entry in the list.
If an entry has more than one phone number type, press Left or Right navigation key to
view the next or previous number types (home, mobile, work, etc.) until the preferred
number displays.
Press SEND key to dial the number.
If you simply press the
Down navigation key, the
Voice Memo screen
displays. You must press
and HOLD the Down
navigation key to access
Voice Tag.
If an entry does not have
a home number type, the
next number type with a
phone number is dialed.
If Fixed dialing has been
set on, only numbers I the
FDN phonebook can be
called.
