Deleting Voice Tags - NEC 535 Manual

To play a voice tag from the entry details screen,

Press BOOK until the Phone list displays.
Highlight and select an entry to display the entry details screen.
Highlight and select the voice tag field to display the Voice tag menu.
Hold the wireless phone to your ear and press 2 to play the voice tag.

Deleting Voice Tags

To delete/erase a voice tag from the Voice tag list,

Press BOOK to display any phonebook list.
Press MENU (Options Menu), 9, and 2 to display the Voice tag list screen of Phone entries
with assigned voice tags.
To erase a single voice tag, highlight the desired entry to remove from the Voice tag list and
remove the assigned voice tag. Press MENU (Options Menu), 2, and 1 to erase the voice
tag for the current highlighted entry. A decision screen displays.
To erase all voice tags, press MENU (Options Menu), 2, and 2 to erase all voice tags in the
voice tag list. A decision screen displays.
Press Softkey 1 (Yes) to erase the voice tag or press Softkey 2 (No) to cancel erasing the
voice tag.
To delete/erase a voice tag from the entry details screen,

Press BOOK until the Phone list displays.
Highlight and select an entry to display the entry details screen.
Highlight and select the voice tag field to display the Edit Record screen.
Press 3 to delete/erase the voice tag recording. A decision screen displays.
Press Softkey 1 (Yes) to delete the voice tag or press Softkey 2 (No) to cancel deleting the
voice tag.
