Playing a Voice Tag
To play a voice tag,

Highlight and select the Voice field to display the Voice tag menu.
Press 2 to play the selected voice tag.
Deleting a Voice Tag
To delete a voice tag from an entry,
*
Highlight and select the Voice field to display the Voice tag menu.
Press 3 and a message displays, "Do you want to delete voice tag? Entry name."
Press Softkey 1 (Yes) and a message displays, "Deletion was successful."

Allocate LED Color

A color may be selected to flash on the LED when the person of the phone entry calls your
wireless phone. The LED color may be allocated by cycling through the LED field or at the LED
screen.
To allocate a color in the LED field:

Highlight the LED field.
Press Up or Down navigation key to cycle the available colors.
To allocate a LED color from the LED screen,

Highlight and select the LED field.
Press Select.
Press 1 to display the LED list screen.
Highlight and select the preferred color. The screen returns to the add/edit screen with the
selected color name in the LED field.
Remove LED Color
To remove an allocated LED color so that the LED does not flash a color,
*
Highlight and select the LED field to display the LED menu.
Press 2 and return to the add/edit screen with <LED> displayed in the LED field.
