What Can I Download?

The NEC 535M wireless phone supports the downloading of software applications, games,
sounds, pictures, and video.

Downloading Apps and Games

Applications and games that are Java based may be saved to Applications list in Games and
Apps. To download software,

When you have found the software on a website, highlight and select the software file name
to download.
If the application or game is network server interactive the N/W interactive screen displays.
Highlight and select the desired option: enable, disable, or always ask.
The software is saved to Audio and Visual. A screen displays the message "Application
downloaded. Open?"

Downloading Sounds

Sounds are saved to the Sounds file in Audio and Visual, and listed in the Ring Tune list. The
selected sound/melody may be set as a ring tune when you receive a call. Sounds may be
attached to MMS messages and Emails.
The sound files that have the following file extension are supported and may be saved to the
NEC 535M wireless phone are: .smf (SP-MIDI), .amr, .imy, .mid, .mfm, and .mfmp.
To download and save a sound file,

When you have found a sound file on the website, highlight and select the sound file to
display the sound file in the Data Received screen.
Highlight and select the sound. The sound plays. To stop the sound, press Softkey 2 (Stop)
and return to the Data Received screen.
Press Softkey 1 (Save) to save the sound file with the default name.
The name of the sound can be changed in Audio and Visual option of the Main Menu.
