Trouble
Circuit breaker trips whenever
machine is turned on.
Possible reason
Switch SA2 fault.
Open circuit.
Short circuit in the machine.
Remedy
Check switch operation. Switch
contacts should open and close as
switch is operated, in accordance
with the wiring diagram.
Replace fault switch.
Check continuity between:
•
Heating elements EK5, EK6;
Switch SA2;
•
Circuit breaker QF.
•
Restore connection, face up pitted
contacts, tighten loosen contacts.
Locate and eliminate short circuit in
the machine.
Replace fault component(s).
