Corn bin is full, but the machine
says it is empty. Or corn bin is
empty, but machine doesn't say it is
empty.
Machine says chamber is clogged,
but it is not.
Possible reason
Phase loss.
Door chamber do not close the
chamber tightly.
Step motor M4, M5 fault.
Stepper drivers DD3, DD4 wrong
settings.
Stepper drivers DD3, DD4 fault.
Open circuit.
Photoelectric sensors BL1, BL2
wrong setting.
Photoelectric sensors BL1, BL2
fault.
Open circuit.
Fiber amplifier BL4 wrong setting.
Fiber head fault or misconnection.
Remedy
Check if all phases present at the
machine's input and the voltage is in
allowed range, 230 V ±10%
between the neutral (N) and each
phase wire (L1, L2).
Adjust door chamber latches to
provide tight closing.
Replace door gasket if worn out.
Check step motor. Its rotor should
spin freely. No open or short circuit,
nor ground fault in its windings.
Replace fault step motor.
Set the factory settings.
Check to see if there are pulse
voltage on (A+), (A-), (B+), (B-)
terminals of the driver during its
operation.
Replace fault driver.
Check continuity between:
Motors M4, M5;
Stepper drivers DD3, DD4;
Resistors R4, R5;
PLC DC2.
Restore connection, face up pitted
contacts, tighten loosen contacts.
Adjust sensing distance of the
sensor, see corresponding section of
the manual.
Check sensor operation.
Replace fault sensor.
Check continuity between:
Photoelectric sensors BL1,
BL2;
Power supply unit PSU;
PLC DC1.
Restore connection, face up pitted
contacts, tighten loosen contacts.
Adjust fiber amplifier as described
in corresponding section of the
manual.
Check heat-resistant head itself, and
its connection to fiber amplifier.
Clean the connector. Replace
damaged heat-resistant head.
