Trouble
Salt blower doesn't spin.
Oil cabinet is not heated up.
Possible reason
Stepper driver DD5 fault.
Open circuit.
Relay K2 fault.
Fan MF fault.
Open circuit.
Heating element EK5, EK6 fault.
Thermostat AT1, AT2 fault.
Remedy
Check to see if there are pulse
voltage on (A+), (A-), (B+), (B-)
terminals of the driver during its
operation.
Also it can be checked by swapping
with other driver.
Replace fault driver.
Check continuity between:
Step motor M6;
Stepper driver DD5;
Resistor R6;
PLC DC1.
Restore connection, face up pitted
contacts, tighten loosen contacts.
Check relay operation. When
control voltage is applied to
terminals (A1+) and (A2-), contacts
(11) and (14) must be closed;
contacts (11) and (12) must be
open, and vice versa if no control
voltage applied.
Replace fault relay.
Check fan operation, it should spin
freely, no open or short circuit in its
windings, as well as ground fault.
Replace fault fan.
Check continuity between:
Fan MF;
Relay K2;
Power supply unit PSU;
PLC DC2.
Restore connection, face up pitted
contacts, tighten loosen contacts.
Check heating elements with a
tester. There should be no open or
close circuit, nor ground fault.
Resistance should be around
81 Ohm for each element.
Replace fault elements. While
replacing, use electro-conductive
anti-seize paste.
Check thermal cut-out operation.
While temperature on it is lower
than rated value 90 °C, it should be
closed.
