Trouble
Turbine doesn't work.
Sifter doesn't rotate.
Possible reason
Motor M1 fault.
VFD unit UZ wrong settings.
VFD unit UZ fault.
Open circuit.
Step motor M2 fault.
Stepper driver DD1 wrong settings.
Stepper driver DD1 fault.
Open circuit.
Wheels of drive roller are worn out
or greased.
Remedy
Check the motor. Its rotor should
spin freely. Make sure that there is
no open or short circuit, nor ground
fault in its windings. Resistance of
each winding must be about the
same.
Replace fault motor.
Set the factory settings.
Check VFD display for error
messages. Check VFD unit
operation.
Replace fault VFD unit.
Check continuity between:
Motor M1;
•
VFD unit UZ;
•
•
PLC DC1, DC3.
Restore connection, face up pitted
contacts, tighten loosen contacts.
Check step motor. Its rotor should
spin freely. No open or short circuit,
nor ground fault in its windings.
Replace fault step motor.
Set the factory settings.
Check to see if there are pulse
voltage on (A+), (A-), (B+), (B-)
terminals of the driver during its
operation.
Also it can be checked by swapping
with other driver.
Replace fault driver.
Check continuity between:
•
Step motor M2;
Stepper driver DD1;
•
Resistor R1;
•
•
PLC DC1.
Restore connection, face up pitted
contacts, tighten loosen contacts.
Clean up the wheels surface.
Replace worn out wheels.
