Thank you for selecting the iX-1, the simple, powerful choice for your business
or home office. Everything you need to send mail and parcels is inside this box!
To ensure you get the most out of your iX-1, we've included a free Myquadient
account and put together some helpful guides.
With Myquadient you can find answers to all your tech related questions, get
help, manage your Quadient account, track postage spending activity, buy
supplies and access a suite of apps right from your browser.
To active your free account visit www.myquadient.co.uk, then follow the
activation instructions provided on the next page. Your customer account
number, meter serial number and postage account information can be found
on the packing slip affixed to the outside of the box.
To make installation and configuration easier, watch the iX-1 installation video
at kbhelp.quadient.com/iX-1_videos, then follow the step-by-step instructions
included in this guide.
We've added a "how to" section with great tips on how to use the key features
of your iX-1.
