How to print postage for your parcels

Measure your packages
Measure the length of the box.
This is the long side of the box
and the side with the longest
flap.
Next, turn the box 90 degrees
and measure the width, which is
the side with the shorter flap.
Measure the height of the box.

Make sure you are on the home screen
To access the normal imprint
home screen, press the
key.
The weight, postage value and
currently selected rate and extra
services are displayed.

Insert a postage meter label

the back of the mail path and
hold in position until printing is
completed.
The imprint will print in the
upper right corner.
You can also print discounted
Royal Mail shipping labels using
Quadient's online shipping
application.
