Configure the default L2TP rule in IPSec VPN Connection
Step1. Switch to menu
Default_L2TP_VPN_GW entry's Edit icon.
Step 2. Especially configure the policy enforcement as below. Click OK button.
Step 3. Enable the rule by clicking the enable icon.
