5.1

Configuring the Sensors

The sensor used must be correctly configured to work with the IF2035. Micro-Epsilon recommends that the sensor's base
configuration be set by using its web interface. The configuration can later also be adjusted via fieldbus.
Please refer to the operating instructions of the corresponding sensor for detailed information on configuring the sensor.

Baud Rate and Sensor Interface

IF2035-PROFINET must be set for the interface used and the sensor's baud rate. The baud rate and sensor interface can be config-
ured in various ways.

Option 1: Module Parameters

After selecting an input module, the IF2035-PROFINET can be configured using the associated module parameters.
Select the baud rate and interface as necessary, see
1) The ILD2300 is set for 691.2 kBaud ex factory. Increase the baud rate to 921.6 kBaud in the sensor.
