Plates à la carte
Select this cooking path if you want to heat up food served on plates to serving temperature in à la carte service.
Plated banquets
Select this cooking path if you want to serve a large number of plates at the same time, e.g. conferences,
weddings, or catering.
Crisp
Select this cooking path if you want to heat up pre-cooked dishes, such as pork knuckles or roast with crackling, to
service temperature.
Bake à la carte
Select this cooking path if you want to warm baked goods to serving temperature in à la carte service.
Grill à la carte
Select this cooking path if you want to warm grilled food to serving temperature in à la carte service.
Pan-fry à la carte
