Reassembly of the electric rotary actuator and linear thrust unit "heavy".
1. Screw in the lock nut (5.2).
The thread protrusion should be as a
NOTICE
minimum 1 x thread diameter.
2. Stack the indicator disc (5.6) and thrust unit lock nut
(5.10) on the lock nut (5.2).
3. Screw under lift the complete linear thrust unit clock-
wise.
Do not tilt the thrust unit, this can dam-
NOTICE
age the screw thread connection !
4. Align the thrust unit so that the grease nipple is on the
left, parallel to the pipe axis.
5. Tighten the yoke lock nut (5.10) counter clockwise
(see Section 14: Required Torques).
6. Place the actuator on the thrust unit so that the motor
is right parallel to the pipe axis.
7. Titghten the cap screws (5.11) counter clockwise.
8. Connect the electric lines with the actuator.
Observe the relevant local regulations for
NOTICE
handling electrical power !
9. Adjust the travel and torque switches of the electric ac-
tuator according to the manufacturer's specifications.
Note that the torque switche must be
NOTICE
set for the CLOSED position and the
limit switche for the OPEN position.
The torque switches are only set for both end positions
on three-way valves.
10. Run through a valve lift and check the function and all
settings.
11. Adjust the travel indicator on the yoke road.
