Reassembly of the electric rotary actuator and linear thrust unit "light".
1. Screw in the lock nut (5.2).
NOTICE
2. Press the stem-plug-unit into the seat by hand.
3. Place the yoke lock nut (5.10) on the thrust unit yoke
plate, then place the unit as a whole and screw it clock-
wise onto the valve stem until it arrives at the lock nut.
NOTICE
4. Tighten the yoke lock nut (5.10) clockwise (see Section
14: Required Torques).
5. Secure the lock nut (5.2).
6. Screw under lift the complete electric multi turn
actuator counter clockwise onto the thrust unit until it
arrives the unit.
NOTICE
Some manufacturers of electric rotary actuators use
the principle of modular assemblies. The connection
form A - module of the actuator can sometimes be
easily loosened with 4 screws and thus much easier
to build on the thrust unit because it is smaller and
lighter. The actuator can then be put on and connected
with the connecting screws.
7. Titghten the cap screws (5.11) clockwise (see Figure
13: Remove the electric actuator).
8. Connect the electric lines with the actuator.
NOTICE
9. Adjust the travel and torque switches of the electric ac-
tuator according to the manufacturer's specifications.
NOTICE
limit switche for the OPEN position.
The torque switches are only set for both end positions
on three-way valves.
10. Run through a valve lift and check the function and all
settings.

The thread protrusion should be as a
