Disassembly of the manual actuator.
1. Turn the lock nut (5.2) clockwise to loosen (see Figure
7: Remove the coupling parts).
2. Turn the cap screws (5.5) counter clockwise to loosen
3. Turn the Handwheel of the manual actuator counter
clockwise to the open position.
4. Turn the valve coupling (5.1) counter clockwise to
loosen.
5. Turn the yoke lock nut (5.10) counter clockwise to
loosen (see Figure 8: Remove the manual actuator).
6. Lift off and store the actuator and coupling parts safely.
7. Place the valve body assembly on a table for disas-
sembly.
