Reassembly of the manual actuator:
1. Screw in the lock nut (5.2).
The thread protrusion should be as a
NOTICE
minimum 1 x thread diameter.
2. Press the stem-plug-unit into the seat by hand.
3. Mount the manual actuator onto the bonnet and tight-
en the yoke lock nut (5.10) clockwise - see section 14:
Required Torques.
Align the yoke road parallel to the pipe
NOTICE
axis.
4. Move the actuator to the open position, if not already
in that position.
5. Screw the lock nut (5.2) and actuator coupling (5.1)
onto the valve stem and adjust the distance between
the valve coupling and actuator by adjusting the stroke
lenght.

6. Secure the lock nut (5.2) and adjust the valve coupling
until the holes are in line with the yoke roads.
7. Turn the Handwheel of the manual actuator clockwise
to the close position.
8. Screw the cap screws (5.5) clockwise to connect the
stem with the manual drive.
9. Run through a valve lift and check the function and all
settings.
