Advanced BIOS Features Setup

Select the Advanced tab from the BIOS Setup Utility to enter the Advanced BIOS
Setup page. Select any of the items in the left frame of the screen, such as CPU Con-
figuration, to access the sub menu for that item. The options for any of the Advanced
BIOS Setup items can be displayed by highlighting the item using the <Arrow> keys.
The Advanced BIOS Setup page is shown below.
4.2.2.1 CPU Configuration
This page displays the system CPU information.
Active Processor Cores

This item allows users to select the number of cores to enable for each proces-
sor package. The default setting is [ALL].
Hyper-Threading

This item allows users to enable/disable the CPU hyper-threading function. The
default setting is [Enabled].
