MegaRAC G2 Card Flash Utility

The WinFlash.exe program is a recovery tool that can be executed from a remote
client system located on the same network as the MegaRAC G2 card. You can use it to
recover a failed flash attempt.
To run the MegaRAC G2 Flash Utility program, double left click on the
WinFlash.exe icon.
Note:
You must physically set the MegaRAC G2 card you want to recover into Recovery Mode.
To do this, simply short pins two and three on jumper JP6 on your MegaRAC G2 card.
Note: Your MegaRAC G2 card must be write enabled before you can flash an image to it.
Confirm that pins one and two on jumper JP2 are shorted on your MegaRAC G2 card.
Note:
The firmware upgrade process is a crucial operation. Make sure that the chances of a
power or connectivity loss are minimal when performing this operation.
Button Description
Card Settings Left click the Card Settings button to configure the MegaRAC G2 card parameters.
Note:
Start Flashing Left click the Start Flashing button to begin flashing the firmware image to your
MegaRAC G2 card.
Done Left click the Done button to end the MegaRAC G2 Flash Utility.
Note: You must configure the card parameters before you can start flashing your MegaRAC G2
card's firmware.
