3. Configuration

3.1. ESI file

To configure the SI Unit with your EtherCAT

Set the output No. (Slot No.) to which the "8
valves" module is assigned from the Slots.
The output No. which assigned "8 valves"
module have the process data for diagnostic
information and valve outputs.
Scan the SI Unit for first time configuration to
automatically set the slot to match the actual
valve manifold connected.
When slot setting for increasing or decreasing
the number of valve stations, check the actual
valve manifold connected.
