 Refer to operation manual of valve and
check/replace the valve.
 Check the number of the valve stations
connected to the SI Unit.
 Tighten the screws with the specified tightening
torque (i.e. 0.6 Nm) and make sure there is no
gap between the SI Unit and the valve manifold.
Restart the SI Unit power supply.
 Check the mounting between the SI Unit, valve
manifold and each valve stations.
