The input and output area size set in the PLC (default input area 128 bytes, default output area 128
bytes) must match the input and output area size selected in the instrument ("INP.REG" and "OUT.REG"
parameters).
In case of X90 module, the configuration files are as follows "HILSCHER NETX90 EIS V5-32.EDS,"
"HILSCHER NETX90 EIS V5-64.EDS," "HILSCHER NETX90 EIS V5-96.EDS," and "HILSCHER NETX90 EIS V5-
32.EDS."
