SANITATION
HYDRAULIC MAINTENANCE
•
Replace hydraulic fluid after 500 hours of use and when replacing the underwater hydraulic motor
•
Replace oil filter whenever the hydraulic fluid is replaced
•
Replace underwater hydraulic motor every 6 years
WATER QUALITY MAINTENANCE
CHLORINE
•
pH must be maintained between 7.4-7.8
•
Total Alkalinity must be maintained between 80-120ppm
•
Total dissolved solids must be below 3,000ppm
GENERAL MAINTENANCE
•
Wipe the stainless steel grab bar with a blue scotch-brite to remove any corrosion
Placing the Hydrostride in a pool using a salt-chlorine generator creates an increased risk of a
hydraulic system failure and oil leaks! It is imperative that this maintenance is followed!
HYDRAULIC MAINTENANCE
•
Replace hydraulic fluid after 500 hours of use and when replacing the underwater hydraulic motor
•
Replace oil filter whenever the hydraulic fluid is replaced
•
Replace underwater hydraulic motor and hoses every 2 years
WATER QUALITY MAINTENANCE
•
pH must be maintained between 7.4-7.8
SALT-CHLORINE
•
Total Alkalinity must be maintained between 80-120ppm
•
Total dissolved solids must be below 3,000ppm
•
Salt content must be below 4,000ppm
CATHODIC PROTECTION MAINTENANCE
•
Inspect the sacrificial zinc anode monthly and replace anode when it becomes half its original size
GENERAL MAINTENANCE
•
Wipe the stainless steel grab bar with a blue scotch-brite to remove any corrosion
