Exception messages

IPS Gateway User's Guide (5/2002)
If an unexpected exception handling error occurs, a message window
(shown below) opens describing the error and the required user action.
The error dump that appears on the window is also written to the
tipsGUI.log file in the /var/log directory. When reporting this error to your
Xerox customer service representative, provide a copy of this log file for
problem determination.
