The following types of IPS Gateway messages are documented below.
When issued, these messages display on the IPS Gateway window (as

IPS Gateway exception handling messages are also documented.
Place the mouse pointer over a displayed fault message for instructions
on clearing that fault.
An unrecoverable error has occurred.
IPS Gateway disables UI functions.
Exit and restart IPS Gateway. If the problem persists, contact Xerox
technical support.
IPS Gateway was not able to communicate with the required IPS Gateway
services.
IPS Gateway disables UI functions.
Exit and restart IPS Gateway.
The IPS Gateway license could not be found or contains invalid
information.

Select License from the IPS Gateway Setup menu and verify that the
XRX_IPS_NPS_software license information is entered and is not
expired. If a valid license is entered, cancel the License window and
