Ifregister RO is selected for cursor operation, the text RESTART is visible next to softkey 7

selection of time-base setting and/or

RMS
After pushing RMS (Root Mean Square), the RMS value of the signal detail between
the cursors is calculated. This RMS value is related io a zero level what is assumed
to be at mid-memory.
The result is visible in the top text area by RMS:+ .... V.
