8.2 OPTIONAL ACCESSORIES
8.2.1 IEEE 488/RS232-C bus intelligent interface PM 8956
The IEEE 488/RS232-C is a general-purpose bus interface designed according to the IEEE
488/RS232-C standard. This option can be either retrofitted or factory installed. It enables the
oscilloscope to be used in a measuring system together with other IEEE 488/RS232-C bus
compatible instruments.
