INSERT
If softkey INSERT is pushed, the actual front setting will be inserted after the front
number which is displayed in the softkey text area. The number of the inserted front
is displayed.
When the new front setting is inserted, ali higher sub front numbers will be
increased by one until the last front of the sequence is reached.
