Unit not switched on
Connecting cable between unit
and computer not correctly con-

Computer does not detect any
connection to the unit
Hardware error
The IP address of the unit is
being used by another unit
Connecting cable used is incor-
rect or too long
The phosphor storage plate was
exposed on the back (inactive)
side while the X-ray was being
taken
Connection to the unit inter-
rupted while the software was
still attempting to communicate
with the unit.
Possible cause
No mains voltage
On/off switch is defective
Remedy
Switch the device on.
