5. With the wiper die removed, the mandrel can be removed. Document its position for future
reference.
6. At this point, turn on the hydraulic pump (F3) and extend all axis (F4) in this order:
a. Extend the mandrel making sure it will not catch on anything as it moves forward.
b. Extend clamp die.
c. c) Extend pressure die. All of the indication lights should be green. Now press (F5)
and choose manual bend. Press the forward pedal until the die head reaches
approximately 90°.
