Heat Up System

To reduce the risk of bursting a hose, never
pressurize a hot melt system before turning on the
heat. The air will be locked from the Air Motor until all
temperature zones are within a preset window of the
temperature setpoints.
Keep the dispense valve open over a waste container
while the system is heating up and also when cooling
down. This will prevent a pressure build-up caused
by fluids or gases expanding from the heat.
NOTE: Operate at the lowest temperature and pressure
necessary for your application.
