Fixed traversing length with half pre-
travel/post-travel (without pre-travel/
post-travel: 1.25 mm, 4.0 mm, 12.5 mm).
The cutoff for "Filter Lc = Standard" is:
Lt = 1.5 mm with Lc = 0.25 mm
Lt = 4.8 mm with Lc = 0.8 mm
Lt = 15.0 mm with Lc = 2.5 mm
Traversing length = number N of
sampling lengths x length of cutoff.
Traversing length can be freely defined
(e.g. Lt = 16 mm for MOTIF).
During the measurement, the traversing
length is automatically set according to
the value RSm or Rz (in accordance with
DIN EN ISO 4288 and ASME B46.1).
Single display on title bar "Lt = Auto-
matic".
Number N of sampling lengths (in ac-
cordance with ISO, JIS, ANSI/ASME).
Entry of N = 1 - 16 (only for "Lt = N x
Lc").
Traversing length includes pre-travel
and post-travel that is half the length of
the cutoff.
