Language management

The controller pCO5+ has an additional memory containing all the supported languages.
During programming, all the languages are loaded to the controller and the end user can select the language to display.
The table below shows the languages available and their international codes:

To select any of the available languages, proceed as follows:
1)
Press [ALARM] and [ENTER] together. Hold them down until the mask shown to
the side appears.
Press [UP] and [DOWN] to move the cursor ">" to the "FLASH/USB MEMORY"

row and press [ENTER] to confirm the selection.
Press [UP] and [DOWN] to move the cursor ">" to the "NAND FLASH FILE" row
3)
and press [ENTER] to confirm the selection.
The mask shown at the side will appear, to confirm access to the "FLASH NAND

FILES" menu. Press [ESC] to exit the menu without changing the language.
Press [UP] and [DOWN] to scroll between the various files available.
5)
To select the files for the desired language, press [ENTER]. The displayed file is
then selected and an "X" appears in square brackets.
Press [ENTER] again to deselect the file.
Files with ".iup" extensions concern the language.
6)
The ".bin" file concerns the application.
The ".grp" file concerns the graphic resources.
It is necessary to select exclusively an ".iup" file depending on the language

that you want to display (refer to the table showing the languages and
international language codes).
Select the ".bin" file.
8)
Select the ".grp" file.
9)
After selecting one of the ".iup" files, the ".bin" file and the ".grp" file, press [UP]

or [DOWN] to find the mask on the side and press [ENTER].
When requested by the mask at the side press [ENTER] and leave "NO"

This mask only appears in large size software versions. Therefore it may not
appear.

The mask on the side will appear, indicating that the files are being copied.
12)
At the end of the installation process, the mask on the side appears to confirm
successful copying.
During the process, messages such as "I/O BOARD FAULT" and "NO LINK" may

appear.
This is caused by the application restart process. The messages will disappear
after a few seconds.
